This rental unit is a privately owned condominium. We encourage you to enjoy your stay but we ask you to treat the premises and contents with respect. All towels and property of the unit shall not be taken out of the premises. A minimum stay of 2 days is required. This is a is smoke free unit. Smoking is only allowed outside and in designated smoking areas. We are sorry but no pets are allowed as other guests may have allergies. Payment and Cancellation Policy A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. Visa, American Express, Certified Cheque, Cash or Money Order is accepted. The deposit is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days before the date of arrival, less a fee of $50.00. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 before the date of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. Please note that there are no reimbursements for late arrivals, early departures or other services otherwise missed. The final payment will be received within 7 days before the date of arrival. For all reservations for the high season (Dec.21 to Jan.3), the final payment must be received by the first of December. Check In and Check Out (always negotiable) Check in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Telephone Charges The unit telephone is connected to the main hotel phone system and is subject to their rates. Rates as of January 2007 are $0.75 per local call. Long distant rates of course are extra. Internet The unit has high speed (broadband) internet. Parking There is free parking just outside the unit door. In the hugh season you will be required to display a parking pass I agree to the above terms
